{Winery visit} A great success. Classic color, aromas and flavors can be found in this medium-bodied wine, along with a substantive, albeit clean, mouthfeel/texture. 100% stainless, this is some clever winegrowing, the way they coax the mineral and fruit aspects equally well. Impressive wine in their Cru series of modestly priced selections. This can be enjoyed today, no problem, but this type of quality can also age (and improve) for 3-5 years, no problem. From vines that average ~ 15 years, I'm wholly impressed with the value proposition in this year's bottling. 13,0% abv., drink thru 2026. recommended+
I prefer this with 60 minutes of aeration in decanter.

Love the savory flavors of this wine. Wish it had a bit more acidity to balance the alcohol and weighty mouthfeel.

Full flavor. A bit acidic. Fruity nice mouthfeel. Started to tire of it fairly quickly though.
