Dinner at Home (Home, Millbrae): From 375. Light golden; highly aromatic, apricot, roast corn?, peach, lychee; full bodied, medium acidity, balanced medium alcohol, ice wine like concentrated fruit, length isn’t super long; nice and medium length finish. Still quite nice for the price. 90-91 Day 2 has lost a little bit of that intensity. 89-90

From 375. Essentially the same as my last note from yesterday. But this is drinkable enough that I opened another half bottle today. So, that's worth at least another point. Paired really well with a roast chicken. Day 2: Alcohol really shows now. 87-. I'm not sure why my last half bottle showed so well on day 2 and this half bottle shows so disjointed on day 2. Really some variability here, but I'll enjoy whatever pleasure there is to get out of these bottles before they're gone.

From 375. Light golden, a bit deeper than last time; nose is medium to medium-plus intensity, white fruits, floral, elegant and light, apricot, honeysuckle; palate is medium-full bodied, medium-plus acidity, medium-plus alcohol, white peach fruit, fades a bit through the midpalate; finish is medium length. Similar to my last assessment, this is nice and enjoyable, and good at a discounted price, but a bit short and lacking next level depth. 88

Dinner at Ashish's (Millbrae): placeholder
Slight vanillin, strong fresh lychee, roasted peach, hunt of sweet corn (charred), and nectarine. Light botrytis - saffron.
Sweet. Feels 130-150g/L. Acid is medium plus. Not high. 13.5% (bottle says 13%).
The fruit forwardness of the nose reminds me of an eiswein, but with lower acid.
Ashish observed that while it’s intense, it’s not super long. I agree.

This was quit tasty. Fresh fruit, high acidity, nicely sweet. Very nice buy at $12, especially.
