A perfectly serviceable white burg but I have to ask, Was this mislabeled? I don’t get it. Very muted nose of an almost tropical kind of profile, ie. pineapple, gauava, etc. Lacking any sort of freshness or mineral presence in the mouth. Good every day drinker but not for the appellation or price. pleasant ripe fruit but not too much beyond that.

Full lemon colour. Medium nose with yellow apples, ripe lemon, wet stone, butter, smoke, charred wood and sea salt. Medium taste of yellow apples, ripe lemon, butter, smoke, charred wood, wet stone and oak. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Chassagne-Montrachet that is still young. Needed an hour to open. Drink now or over the next five years. Goes well with cheese, fish or shellfish.

I could not agree more with the Xavier comments below. More akin to a flat New World Chardonnay rather than to a village-level white Burgundy.
