Just a fantastic bottle of Syrah. The flavours are classic Côte-Rôtie - black and green olives, fresh red fruits, and gentle floral and herbal accents with a light meaty/saline note on the finish. It's not as dense, structured, and fruit-driven as many other 2015s I've had - it's much lighter on its feet with gentler tannin and a lot more structure coming from the acidity, but the balance here is impeccable and I imagine this will age very gracefully.
