    Abv 12% 130g/l

    A full blown sweet wine, this tasted of quince pear and crisp ripe apple coated with honey and set in a waxy, creamy texture. It’s clean fresh, feather-light and vibrant, which contrasts perfectly against sweetness and richness. A wine of great delicacy and harmony with an extraordinary length of finish. Still in it’s infancy, this is going to have a wonderful future ahead of it and I daresay will become even better. Stunning wine from a master winemaker. 95pts
