Needs air, at least two hours. Young, but coming around. Garrigue galore, slowly showing som sweet Grenache, has the rough exteriour of a 2015; probably still a couple of years short of the perfect spot.

The last of the 3 I bought in Gigondas. Still not sure to buy again. A light version of Gigondas but still notes and taste. Could be in the top of the light we tasted in Gigondas.

Second bomber wine of the evening! Really hit the pairing with this one and a pot roast. Unfortunately I think the wine was lost on my guests. ~ Great old world meets new world expression of the southern Rhône Grenache dominated blend. Cherry on the nose and the fruit seems super ripe and fresh. Upon drinking it starts fruit forward and then insanely long palate that takes a few layers to get through bringing the old world. Woody garden mulch. Some sharpness of a black peppercorn, fine beautiful tannin.

Similar to last tasting note except the wine is more mature and balanced now. Drinking well on short decant.
