Beautiful! It continues to be one of my favorite Champagnes. Fresh, elegant bubble with lime, grapefruit aromas and a final note of pineapple.

Steak and beef dripping chips with P&J (At home in leafy West London): Served from magnum. Real energy and zip - some citrus, some sherbet - no apple, maybe a hint of brioche. Jolly nice stuff.
