Love this vintage for what’s normally a rich, dense and powerful style that almost takes you to Burgundy. The 2017 rendition after 36 months on the lees is particularly elegant, satiny and detailed, layered with blood orange, red flowers and spice inflicted aromatics with a chalky mineral core. The full bodied and textural palate offers tremendous fruit density, balance and purity with a lingering finale. Difficult vintage for Champagne but great for this wine.

Lovely fresh Champagne with the most beautiful color I have seen in a long time. Wild strawberries, raspberry and some rose show in the nose and on the palate, but less intense than the color would make you suspect. Fresh out of the bottle the mousse is quite aggressive, so giving this some time seems to be in order.

My favorite UC to date. Noticed this on the menu towards the end of our meal so we only drank half of the bottle and saved the rest for day 2. Such a beautiful color, a bright translucent red, almost like a still red wine. Flavors too are not your typical rose champagne. The fruit is there but it is subtle, mineral and nearly savory at the forefront. On day 2 (re-stoppered and still had all the mousse and energy of day 1) we were able to drink it at a slightly warmer temperature. Now the delicate rasberries emerged. Wet stones and rain. So evocative. Loved it.

Transparent dark rose color! When looking thru light- ruby On the nose pronounced raspberry rose bouquet and some spices, even mushrooms On the palate plum, rose tea (chewy tannins) Airy and can open up I think, somm also recommended to decant
Pretty much the same notes in 2.5 h. Maybe even more fresh. Maybe can go longer ?? Lol

(2019 - 2022 disgorgement) So beautiful. Amazing color that just glows. Insane wild strawberries and just enough cut to bring it around.
