  2013 K&L Annual Champagne Tasting (K&L San Francisco Store): K&L Tasting. A real surprise when I finished the Dom Perignon, I heard the cork pop on a new bottle and the pourer asked if I would like to taste a 1973. I replied that I was married in 1973 and it would be a pleasure and a treat. Lovely tiny bubbles, small mousse, yeast, baked tart, and minerals on the nose, more of the same on the palate, medium body, mature, lively, mouth filling, and long, long finish. Tasted five times this day, fabulous champagne, my wine of the day!!!!
