  There's a disturbing note of fart/reduction that I had a hard time getting through. It faded somewhat with time in the glass but never fully disappeared. However, there's also some fruit coming through with aromas of green apples, lime, unripe Galia melon, fresh almonds and some floral overtones.
  
  Bone dry, fresh lime-y acidity and medium body. Rich and textural mouthfeel with very good intensity to the fruit but the wine feels tightly knit and never really opens up during the evening. I guess it just needs more time because the quality is there.
