Ethereal texture. It’s not deep or powerful, rather it’s light on its feet with strawberry, cranberry, and blood orange flavors. Nose is muted and fruit needs to match the existing structure, but it’s pretty accessible

Tasted blind alongside the Rousseau Mazy '15 and Clos de la Roche '10. I was very surprised how good this was drinking at this young age. More red fruit with strawberry and raspberry and lightning precision. Not what I was expecting from a Clos de la Roche, which I usually relate it with a more darker brooding fruit character. Hard to resist now, but you will be rewarded with patience in the cellar.

Very perfumed and appealing aromas with precise red berries, charming spices, light meat and smoke. Great touch, spreads out to a good mouthfeel. Transparent with very good red-berries. This is serious delicacy. Good weightless feeling. Nice lighter finish with leather and salty touch. Very good wine. 95 points

PNP Colmar
Approachable for a 2016.
Black Cherry, spice box. Round tannins. Elegant, concentrated and jammy at one hour in.
