Not floral and "pretty" like young Savigny, but good mature fruit which carries through, lively attack, and bit of ash. I like '04s right now. Last bottle, but would buy again if I saw it. Later: the ash has mellowed but is still there, the fruit persists (round 04 fruit), hints of nice leather underneath. Just what I wanted.

  Very similar flavor profile to the plain Bourgogne -- with a little bit more going on. Very nice -- raspberries and strawberries -- but maybe not worth the additional cost vs. the Bourgogne.
