  Essentially PnP but now with about 30 min in glass. Roussanne. Rich gold, almost amber color. A: shy but shifting between nuts, beeswax, ripe apples, and hint of green herbs. P: Apples, herbs, mild beeswax, minerals. Good acids. F: Somewhat of a simple finish of apples and nuts but it lingers. Slight heat at the end. Still..nicely enjoyable.
