  • Nose: Honey, pineapple, spring flowers, cured lemon, custard and orange peel. Palate: viscous, sweet and lively. Baked apple, pear juice, toasted pineapple and nectarine flavors. Honeysuckle notes throughout. Finish: Nice acidity balances the finish. Not cloying. creme brule notes as well.

  • Not too sweet with the expected citrusy apricot, peach, and lemon. Started with a bitter edge on the finish that kinda of spoiled the fun. The bitterness faded fairly quickly in the glass though. Not a bad sticky for $10.

  • This wine came highly recommended and did not disappoint. The nose was interesting with a hint of smoke swirled around apricot and lychee. The taste was even more complex. Beyond the obvious fruit: cherry, pear, orange; there was an interesting zest that reminded me of tangerines and canteploupe. The finish brought back the very subtle smoke on the nose signing off with flavor of fresh maple syrup. All the while this wine maintained good balance, and was not at all sticky sweet. This wine is perfect for a cheese plate, and great on its own.
