Citrus blossom, yellow apple, lime, honey and a good richness with moderate complexity. Finishes with a saline profile and paired really well with manchego cheese. As a side note, we had this alongside the Marguet Avize/Cramant 2012 and the two wines were very different, with the Dethune being the better wine for me on this night.
