  Fantastic nose but didn’t get much complexity on the palate. Decanted 3 hours. Holding off another couple years on the rest.

  Lovely nose with a glass filling bouquet of red fruits mixed with a gentle perfume of complexity. The palate was rounded and rich with no rough edges. The wine was balanced and quite rich. The tannins were fine and balanced well with the fruit. The wine displayed great red fruits with some lusciousness. The finish was long. I’m not sure what further aging would do as the wine is drinking really well now.

  Tastes tired and old. This is dry, still some blackberry. Tannic, dusty. Medium finish, there is complexity. Drink up.

  From memory. A dark brick red color. Nose was quite open and ripe with notes of bright red berry and dark cherry fruit. Some plum licorice, and exotic spices as well. Rather decadent. On the palate, again quite ripe and young. Fruit forward and with great red fruit freshness, but with lifting acidity and tannin structure. Good length on the fruit filled finish. This is still very young. Needs some air if opening now and will be better in a decade!

  P'Aquí P'Allá; 10/7/2022-10/17/2022 (Alicante y Madrid - España): By the glass. Despite variations between vintages, this 100% sangiovese is truly excellent. Aromas of red fruit scented with sweet spices. Lots of wood initially that takes a long time to dissipate. Tasty on the palate, balanced wine that needs to be oxygenated to offer its true qualities.
  
  Por copas. Pese a las variaciones entre añadas, este 100% sangiovese es verdaderamente excelente. Aromas a fruta roja perfumada con especias dulces. Mucha madera inicialmente que tarda bastante en disiparse. Sabrosa en boca, equilibrado vino que necesita oxigenarse para ofrecer sus verdaderas cualidades.
