  Clear, rich ruby color. Aromas of dark fruit, oregano, asphalt and fennel. Wonderfully balanced flavors of cherry, raspberry and blackberry. Med body with a pleasant presence of acidity and slightly more than medium tannins.

  Running late from the airport and so I asked my son to grab an Isole chianti from the cellar. Oops - he grabbed & opened the big boy. A happy accident. Always enjoy this generous classic. Cepparello is delicious. Decanted for 2 hrs.
