Rich and creamy on the nose. Crisper on the palate than one might think. Started in 1983. All sourced fruit on the chardonnay. A touch of cooler climate giving it that refreshing acidity. 100% barrel fermentation but mostly new wood. '17 is apparently a classic vintage out there.
