Good; PnP enjoyed over two hours. Final sip was the best, given its lingering qualities. It's definitely in its preferred window, for my tastes. Med-dark straw color with an understated and ever-so-mildly oxidized nose of ripe guava, orange peel, peach, persimmon, wet rocks and a touch of honeycomb. A medium+ bodied palate with creamy stone fruits and spice dominating. Long, clean and layered finish. The last glass was the best. As with many Eric Solomon portfolio wines, this could benefit from a touch more fresh acidity. Still, nice with spicy shrimp and polenta. Drink now. 13,5%.
