This had a bad cork. There was a slight taint from it at first that seemed to subside after a while. Decanted for about an hour before pouring the first glass. The tannins are gone and there's not a lot of fruit left, so I think we might have sat on it a little too long. I would say to break out any of this you have left.

PDH Offline Berserkers (PDH): Tasted from a mag at Berserkers offline PDH. Very dark color, longer finish than I expected. Tannins issues (if existed in previous years) are certainly resolved. Good balance of fruit and earthy tastes. I wish I had more notes, but it was a very long evening with great line up of wines. I would say it was ~93-94. No rush to drink :-)

A great bottle. Decanted and allowed to breathe for 45 minutes. Wonderful nose from opening. Initial flavors of cherry, licorice and graphite. As it continued to open and broaden, flavors of blueberries and wood began to emerge. Enjoyed every drop.

Wow, what a lovely surprise. Didn´t decant and it took a little while for this beauty to unfold. Dark red and thick fluid. Perfect black currant with liquorice and the wood beautifully integrated.
