  Earthy, pepper, and a little berry in the nose. Smooth earthy, slightly spicy, and medium body. Smooth dry tannins. As the bottle breathed thru-out the the evening, the flavors integrated with each other for a very smooth and lingering finish. Perfect with tri-tip. Drink now.
