Has improved greatly over the past year. Dark and herbal notes. Quintessential Dead Arm. Opens up with a bit of air. Slowly showing maturity but no rush at all.

Just love how complex it was and the changes it was making in the glasses. Coupled with blue cheese it made my night
I was surprised at how balanced this wine was. Tannins were smooth with moderate acidity. It improved over the 2 hours it was enjoyed. Not an over extracted Aussie fruit bomb at all.
Nose: creamy vanilla. Full bodied, spices, herbs, long finishing.
