  • PNP into Kimura Cava glass (“Fruit” day): Pale ruby with bricking rims.

    Aromatic with savoury wild cherries, smoky bacon fat, florals and spices on nose.

    Mineral-driven, highly acidic but well balanced with its body and flavours. Clean and tight finish.

    Well done! Though most blind tasters did not find it too 'Bourgogne' in essence. 93-94 points.
