The 2017's are fire right now and the Papera is the best bottle that I've opened. Just a perfectly balanced, absolutely delicious, medium + bodied mouthfull of red and blue fruits with a long, acid-filled finish. Well done fellas! Will drink my last bottle within the next year or so as I feel like the 17's are a 'drink now vs. Later' vintage

Dust-covered berries and a bit of dried herbs. A really delicious and complex field blend that's drinking beautifully right now.

Good Wine with an Exciting Super Bowl (The Krengels - Bannockburn IL): Walkaround tasting. Not even close to the quality level of the Pagani 2017 just tasted. Tasty sweet, ripe fruit with moderate intensity. Still, very easy to enjoy now.

Still drinking very nicely. This wine has dark red fruit, mocha and spice notes ending with medium/full body and thicker mouthfeel.
