  Popped and poured at cellar temperature. Showing well now . Rich nose of black cherry, some pepper, a bit of vanilla, and menthol . Well-balanced on the palate . Ready for any hearty fare. I paired it with vegan cassoulet and it stood up beautifully. The tannins are already integrated and approachable. The acidity is medium minus, but I don’t consider that a fault for Grenache

  The black cherries, licorice and smoked dark red fruits pop with little effort. On the palate, the wine soft round, fruity and fresh, with a blast of peppery kirsch in the spicy finish. The wine was made using 60% Grenache, 30% Mourvedre and various other allowable grape varieties.

  On the nose spicy, slightly floral, almost perfumed, red and dark fruit. Quite mineral and fresh on the palate, good concentration of fruit, pure and vibrant, not heavy at all. Grippy tannins towards the finish. Very nice. 91-92+
