They are the biggest producer of Gevery. Or they own the most. They only keep VV fruit. They own almost 25 hectares of Gevrey but they only vinify 9. Because they want it to be firmly VV.
Wildness, earthiness, this is the definition of Gevrey. I am being told. And that is true. Lots of raspberry fruit on the nose. That nose and palate is outstanding. Fresh, clean, bright fruit, good minerality on the back.
