Likeable modestly interesting California style Chardonnay, well balanced and not excessively woody, with good ripe fruit notes, a hint of citrus and not too sweet. Would be a very safe choice for a group event but needs to priced more toward $13.

Medium golden colour. Pronounced nose with pear, peach, vanilla, butter, pineapple and melon. Pronounced taste of ripe yellow apples, pear, peach, pineapple, ripe lemon, honey, toast and minerals. Long and dry finish. Medium acidity. Full body. A very good Californian Chardonnay on the warm and oaky side. Goes well with cheese, fish, poultry or shellfish.

13.5% alcohol; medium foil, agglomerate cork (granules & dust bonded with solvents); fast legs, golden yellow; nose of alcohol and generalized fruit, especially stone fruit, like peaches & apricots, with a deep, appealing character; tasted at approximately 19 degrees C, full bodied, notes of peaches, apricots, plums, pineapple, with a tangy, metallic heading; no trace of a secondary malolactic fermentation; the medium finish has traces of mellow white grapes that have been allowed to become a little overripe; pair with cold water oily fish like grilled salmon, or deep sea fish like haddock or cod

Aromatic but not oaky. Initially very aromatic but mellows out with some decanting. Balanced w new and old oak barrels. Medium body and acidity, tropical fruit. Paired w grilled octopus w citrus dressing.
