  醒酒两个小时，深宝石色，闻香有青椒，桉树，泥土和石墨气息，入口酸度中高，单宁紧涩，细沙颗粒，青椒，黑李子，泥土和石墨气息，风格强劲，口感辛辣，余味回甜，在新鲜果味，梅果和香草气息中收尾。酒体比上一支更重一些，风格也更偏新世界，酒还很年轻，没到适饮期，可以继续陈年。

  Rutini Wines Tasting (Oak Cava): The wine shows a very dark colour.
  The wine shows muted nose, there is a big underlying complexity here though, very rich red and dark fruit, big oak but in balance, sweet spices. With time in the glass you get more red fruit, spice and more pronounced oak.
  The wine feels more evolved in the palate, the fruit is well on the red side and almost no black fruit, wood rather than oak, spices, the acidity is more to the front, the tannins are harsher, medium finish. Feels uneven and the 166€ retail tag way high.
