tasted as part of the line-up of the 2018 Riesling vintage, presented by the German Wine Society Quite subdued and refined at first; on the palate noticeably sweeter than the "Schmitt" and less elegant. I preferred the "Schmitt" Both wines way too young and have not settled and established an equilibrium yet... Way too young!

Powerful, refined, very fat, this close to surmaturité. According to Johannes Selbach this came in at 115 Oe which means it could have qualified as a BA.
