  If your looking for a Bordeaux to serve your non-wine connoisseur guests this is one of those wines. Tasty enough for one who consumes Fine Bordeaux, not expensive nor waste of premium wine to serve those who are just casual wine drinkers.
  This chateaux-bottled “right bank” Bordeaux possesses a cherry/ chocolate aroma and medium-dark purple color. Medium-bodied, the flavor displays youthful primary fruit flavors and good concentration. Tannic, backward finish, though not rustic, In fact, its well made and rather refined. Good medium-length everyday Claret. However, it really needs approximately 3 years to round out. (decanted for 45 minutes.)
  Found this at Costco for $10. It is a blend of 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc. Average age of vines 35 years.
