Coravin fun - Burgundys to drink in 2016 (My place, parramatta, sydney): From Coravin. On the nose it's dense and brooding, a contained beast with dark berry fruit, especially cherry, spice, cream, vanilla...quite youthful still. More of the same on the palate with quite thick, savoury, tannins. With time it opens with black cherry notes on the nose and becomes more juicy and spicy on the palate. Very long. Hmm
