Two hour slow ox. Very very deep intense purplish magenta color. Blackberry, plum, cured meats, pepper, and violet. Dry, full bodied palate, with dusty acidity. Plush, lower intensity tannins on the medium long finish.
This is a rich, well made American Cote Rotie. It’s improved from two years ago. It could use a longer finish.
