  Medium+ aromas of chalk/mineral, pear/apple, grapefruit, honey and white flowers. On the palate, less acidity than expected of a Chablis... mostly grapefruit comes through. Medium alcohol, body, and flavor intensity... the fruitiness masks the dryness. Good balance.

  In contrast to the Vaulorent, this was ripe, lemony, peachy, rounder, fuller, with some baby fat; wet chalk minerality, but clearly more approachable with the ripe fruit. Nice mineral finish though. Good but not really a fan of "approachable" Chablis.

  Young at this stage but full of promise. More citus driven and less mineral driven than 2017 but still delicious. Needs a couple years but mine probably won’t make it. Too good of a wine at a great price.
