2019 Louis Michel etc. (Chicago, IL): Quite ripe, juicy, and peachy, especially in comparison to the Vaulorent alongside. Feels a little less shapely than many of the other wines tonight, but I do like the relative weight here, even if it isn't as complete or complex.

Pale straw to pale lemon, subtle nose of lemon curd, beeswax, and peach, and hints of orange blossom, racy and full on the first palate but turns a little more lean and tight on the mid-palate with lemon fruit, mild acidity, saline notes, and soft tannins, finishes with lemon, almond, touches of metallic and lingering waxy flavors
