Well past it's prime, not corked or spoiled or anything but just not much there. Golden yellow, surprisingly thick, nose of acid, sugar and cloves with primary flavors of burnt sugar, cinnamon and very little fruit. Probably quite a reasonable little white wine 6-8 years ago. Avoid at this point.

Bottle was on the edge of it's prime, so it may have been compromised. Storage of it is in question, as well, but could sense slight hint of oak. A drier Chardonnay worth looking into again.

Winery: A little richer, rounder mth, heavier body; more floral & minerally; softer wood sensation; ***On the lo acid, flabby side, but still elegant & rich.
