  • Nice medium weight, drinking well in 2022, maybe showing a touch of lugubrious drag from oak? I wonder if this has Keefer Ranch fruit in it - there's that characteristic cherry tang that I find quite appealing. Typically excellent wine that really expresses the region, though doesn't get to the highest level of distinctiveness.

  • Beautifully balanced Sonoma Pinot. Fresh and delicious.

  • This is a very pretty, very nice Pinot Noir. Lots of cherries and red bordering on black fruits. Very soft. Lots of fruit. It is quite nice, and an enjoyable bottle of wine. My personal opinion is that a wine should offer something else if it's not than $30, something unique or special about it. But if you are looking for a ripe, clean, fresh Pinot Noir, then you can't complain about this. And I would be curious to see how it tastes in five years. It is well balanced, not goopy at all, and I wonder if it will take on some savory characters. If it was under $30 I would buy a bottle to find out.
