1/6. Golden in appearance. Mint, pear, apricot and lychee on the nose, this is alive with energy. On the palate there is honey, vanilla and a touch of spice. Very smooth and unctuous with lots of concentration. This feels like a step up from the 2015 we tried about four months ago and that was no slouch. Great for drinking now but will also keep.

Golden color, primarily honey notes with floral and stone fruit notes behind it

Slightly hazy in appearance, showing viscosity and orange-leaning yellow. Skin contact heightens the experience.
Nose of ripe-pleasantly-overripe tropical fruit, peaches, creamy vanilla/oak spice, orange peel
Palate is medium bodied. Slightly acidic, plush, with peaches, pineapple, honey and orange. Herbaceous tannins provide great structure.
Delicious and unique. Lost no energy or nuance on the second day. Has the power to turn a skeptical red enthusiast.
