Deep lemon color. The nose is opulent, spicy and floral with ripe lemon zest, crisp yellow apple and a touch of oak. This is not as revealing on the palate, as it showed much more closed. Lemon and minerals dominated, with great acidity and extremely long persistence. This is very young still and has years to go.

Chevalier-Montrachet Les Demoiselles is located in the southern part of the Côte de Beaune, where the tops of the hillsides of the villages of Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet join. Located in the municipality of Puligny, just above Le Montrachet. The vineyard has only two owners who share the small vineyard of 1 HA between them. 1/3 of the barrels are new. 15 months maturation.
Slightly closed aromas for the time being, but has an underlying richness of fresh and full-bodied citrus fruit, butter tones, nuts, caramel and fine salts. Light flower meadow in the background. Good full-bodied and oily mouthfeel without it being warm. Simply delicious mouthfeel that creates joy with this balanced touch of juicy citrus, but also fresh and charming juicy melons. By far wonderfully buttery and salty finish that creates well-being. Great acidity refreshes the wine all the way. Beautiful Chevalier-Montrachet which even in the warmer vintage can withstand 15 years. 95 points.
