As well as producing their blended Beaujolais, Duboeuf bottles single vineyard cuvées from various sub-appellations from the ADP. This is one such example. Nicely done with good fruit plus a bit of tannin to indicate it will continue to develop. As I've indicated in my village Beaujolais notes on other producers, these wines are Burgundy's great values.

Bouquet fresh picked mountain berries, wet green leaves fresh earth. Delightful intensity of earth, wild mountain berry, spice, menthol, mineral sailing along fine knit supporting tannins.
