La Tablee: Farming Revolution in the Northern Rhone (Il Buco Alimentari & Vineria): One of those off the beaten path almost natural style of wines. There's a bit of carbonic acid going on here. Higher acid all around. More of a candied black fruit style. Definitely sweetness. Reminds me of those petit fours that are covered in sugar and have a kindof jam fruit style to them. Enjoyable. And there is a bit of tannin which kindof holds this together and keeps it from being too funky or sweet.
