PnD 1 hr, little sediment. Very pleasant surprise, aged well. Still has acid, tannin and fruit to last a few more years. Went well w roast beef. QPR!

PnD let air for 2hrs.
Earthy raspberry fennel balck tea and mineral notes on the nose and palate.
Ferrous finish. Depth freshness and complexity. Awesome with a bacon cheddar burger with avocado and Dijon mustard on a brioche bun.
Case worthy at the sale price.

Very enjoyable. Smooth finish. Not terribly complex, but nice structure and flavors. Subtle, nice finish.

Edit: after 30-45 minutes in the glass, was a bit more open. But still not up to the expectations set by the previous vintage.
