Gros jus surfait et boisé, on sent l'extraction qui a été poussée as mal ici. En prime, de la chauffe en finale malgré un bon 3 heures de carafe. Pas pour moi, Je PASSE!

One hour decant. Deep dark ruby magenta color. Black Forest cake, strawberry, and subtle mint. Smooth, dry palate. Soft tannins on the medium long+ finish. Not as sweet-nosed as I’m making it sound.
