  True to its name, a beautiful aged shiraz with lovely peppery notes on the aftertaste.

  Took this to a bbq. It’s a big wine, coming in at 15 percent etoh. Love nose of dark blue and black fruit. Terrific mouth feel in the palate. Very voluptuous. Dark fruit, good oak integration, definitely some tannins but just enough acidity to keep things solid. Very decadent wine, hard not to enjoy with some ribs.

  Stunning wine. Young with mostly oak and primary fruit notes with little in the way of evolution. Rich and deeply concentrated.
  
  Powerful aromas, the kind you notice when walking to the table. Ripe, rich black plum, blackberry, eucalyptus, belt leather, chocolate.
  
  Palate is firm and powerful with silky tannins and perfect oak integration.
  
  Flavours match the nose with truly astounding length.
  
  This is ready to drink now but will hold for a decade or more.
  
  Drink to 2031+

  Black in color like pouring tar!!! Black currant, cassis, tobacco, plum, underbrush, lively acidity liquorice, and dark cocoa. Amazing smooth and will drink -2038. A velvety huge masterclass in Shiraz !!!
