A hint of reduction on the nose, swirling brings some blue fruits notes, followed by a sappy and rich mouthfeel, blending a rich fruited mid palate and typical Morey structrure and tannic grip. This is a tad better than the first time I had it two years ago. Fine textbook Clos Sorbe, and on the plus side, no trace of heat/stewed fruits. Cellar until 2028.

The densest Fourrier I've tasted, young Morey indeed, but with the Fourrier signature elegance balancing everything. Still 3 years+ away from prime time. Felt like as if someone blended Fourrier Gevrey with a Dujac MSD if that makes sense:)

La Paulee NYC 2022 walkaround tasting A pungent nose, very morey. A more extracted wine, not the same refinement of Petits Vougeot but more power, quite good balance, and a long aftertaste.

La Paulée de New York Grand Tasting (Pier Sixty, Chelsea Piers - New York NY): Walk around tasting. A good step up here. Black and blue fruit with a Gevrey-like character, but nearly balanced and accessible already today. Good weight and persistence. Better from 2025.
