  Wonderful wine, closing slowly in on maturity. Tich, layered, exotic fruit, pears, citrus, orange, smoke, minerals. Fine acidity and a firm backbone. Will live on.

  Still fresh, clean, mineral-driven with a sound acidity. In the background some more typical Condrieu-notes, exotic fruit, citrus, mango ... very young, still, judging from this bottle.

  My last note talks about a leaner style, certainly not the case tonight. This is a chewy affair, rich with exotic fruit, sweetness, many layers, fine Condrieu-character. Where is this going? I have no idea ...

  Tasted vis-a-vis the 2012, AD liked this better with it's leaner style, yet with plenty of creamy qualities; has not moved since last time, it seems.
