Perfect patio sipper on a warm April afternoon. Notes of lemon, Jonathan apple, and hay coalesce with hints of minerality and oak in the background. There's some weight here too, mitigated by medium acidity. Well made, and a nice change of pace.

Medium to medium pale. Lemongrass, nutty oak, slightly sweaty reduction. Fresh. Good intensity and lift. There’s a mineral profile. Classic Barossa Semillon. Loads of sweet fruit. Very tight fresh acidity. Citrus, lemongrass and nutty oak. Slightly phenolic. Medium weight and moderate length. Quincy palate.

Very good Semillon. Lemon sherbet, great acidity, some wax. Good now, but probably better in a couple more years.

Henri Bloem Bloemendaal, spring tasting event:
a perfumed bouquet, round in the taste, some grass, smooth and nice dry taste.
