A bit more fruity and dark chocolate than the 14 vintage (which was leaner).
This is a drinkable place right now if you want your Aglianico with primary flavors. It's still on the tight side because it's young, but that's the tradeoff.

Superb southern italian wine, first Aglianico. Fruit forward on the nose, with pencil shavings and dark fruits, with a mineral and fresh finish. Beautiful.

Love this wine, had it a couple times by now. Shared with a friend who is also very into wine.
Brought to a vegan Italian restaurant.
Decanted for two hours and it was still opening up. Notes of chocolate, hazelnut, and red cherry.
Absolutely lovely wine, paired well with everything, but especially spaghetti arrabbiata.
