I love this style wine so a bit biased. Incredibly opaque, dark, black fruit, which carries through the wine. Intense extracted ripe cherry flavor dominates all else but moderate tannins and acid poke up in the finish. Not as caramel as some MD wines. On a mission to find more. Superb for me.

60+ minute decant. Potent, delicious wine. Chewy, great "mouth feel". Eucalyptus, smoke, some leather. Just an enjoyable wine. Will buy again. The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are slow. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. It smells like stoniness. It tastes like black currant (cassis). The body is full. The wine has fleshy texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.

At opening I did the Mollyshake thing and tasted a little side by side with the noneshaked counterpart. Icouldn't tell the different neither my girlfriend. Then put in the decanter for about half an hour.
At first it was just a big-and-bold and high in alcohol wine, unidimensional and just average. 90pts.
After one hour into the night the wine softened a bit and some dark fruits with smoke came to live. There is no much complexity at this stage but with a long decant, likely from 1-2 hours, the wine can be enjoyable now. IMO it will be best in 3-5 years from now…

Super lush and fruit forward. Tastes manufactured and manipulated. Gotta know what you’re getting into with Mollydooker, of course. It makes me think of Caymus. Not my usual thing, but for a party it was fine. Overpriced.

30 minute decant. Nose of cherry and raspberry fruit with some floral notes. Black raspberry and prickly blackberry along with other black fruits present themselves on the palate, then brown sugar and fresh mint notes provide a sweet drive over the tongue. Plush and plump tannins on the finish with sweet kirsch and a bit of alcoholic heat before the oak, ripe black fig, and a note of black olive kick in.
