Classic chablis orchard fruit and acid on the nose, adding in more layers of apple (honeycrisp? definitely on the riper sweeter side of flavors) and apple blossoms on the palate, with a little bit of unctuous texture to add some depth. Day 2 there was more telltale chalky minerality coming into the mix. Thoroughly enjoyed it, but this could keep going in a cellar for a while.

Green apple and white flower on the nose, perhaps a hint of oak, leading to a floral palate with a bitter phenolic quality. In need of focus, and mellowing of the phenolics, which time may deliver.

Nose of oak, green apples, chalk, saline ocean spray and a hint of darjeeling tea. High acidity, really makes your tongue work! A bit out of balance from a challenging vintage, but a decent food wine

Smakrik, lite toner av mandel, citrus och aprikos. Testat till kantarelltoast och havskräftor. Bra till båda, särskilt kräftorna.

2018 - Citrus and minerality on the nose. Medium to full body, medium acidity, with honey, peach, pear and lemon on the palate. Nice long finish.
