Tasted along with the Blanc de Blanc. It is a winner of the two. More developed nose and palate taste. Longer finish. On the dry side. A good cont. on the line of the '02-'04 vintages that I enjoyed alot. Already drinks well and over the evening the taste evolve. Drink or hold

Color: pale straw Smell: a hint of alcohol on the nose detracts from honey, floral notes, & mineral Taste: Lemon, lime, quince & Apple Overall: light-medium body, vibrant fruit, and good acidity. Easy to enjoy and a wine that may improve with a little patience.

Taste of Pierre Paillard: Light golden color with sweet yeast, red fruit and tiny bubbles. On the palate it is light-bodied with a delicate mousse and approaches off-dry with a lovely strawberry, citrus and mineral flavors. Long finish. Aged 3 years. 100% Pinot Noir sourced from single 0.8 acre lot planted in 1970
